Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $35 within the Continental United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for an additional charge. We do not currently offer international shipping, but check back soon as we're woking on adding this service!

Orders take 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) to be processed, fulfilled and dropped off to shipper. 

Once packages are dropped off for shipment, standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days in transit.

Please note during the Holidays both fulfilling & transit times may be longer.

Once your package leaves our shop we can provide you with a tracking number,
but cannot control where your package is or any delays that may occur.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're unsatisfied for any reason, we will refund your original payment method for unused product returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase date.

*Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.

To initiate a return, please contact us at colorstudyco+returns@gmail.com to obtain authorization for the return and receive additional instructions.

Damages

If you received a damaged product from us, we are so sorry! We know how disappointing that is. Please email us at colorstudyco@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the damaged item & a photo of the shipping box. From there, we will place a claim and offer you a replacement (if still in stock) or a refund.
